Simmi Singh Bisht is the Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary at Medi Assist. She comes with a rich experience of over 15 years in advising diverse businesses on many Legal, Corporate Governance issues, major IPR issues such as Trademark, Copyright, etc. Prior to joining Medi Assist, Simmi Singh was Head - Legal and Secretarial at Metropolis. She has also been associated with Balaji Telefilms Limited, Ventura Textiles, Pearls Dhanashree, Elpro International Limited and IITL Projects Limited.

She is also a Masters in Law from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey (SNDT) Women's Institute, Mumbai. She has also completed ACL from the Governance Institute of Australia. She has been recognized as a powerful woman in IP India in 2021 by WIPF Powerful Women in IP.
