Prashant Shrivastava, currently serving as the VP - HR at Medi Assist, boasts an impressive career spanning over two and a half decades. With extensive experience across diverse businesses and services in India and South East Asia, encompassing multiple countries and cultures, he has proved his mettle in leading and managing HR operations in complex businesses at startup and mature stages, mergers and transitions with diverse teams.

Before joining Medi Assist, Prashant served as the Head of HR Operations at Go First. He has also worked with industry giants such as Aditya Birla Group, SCUK, Airtel, Kohler, SPX, and Go Air in the past, gaining invaluable experience and expertise.

Prashant's academic qualifications are equally impressive - he holds a postgraduate degree in HR and is certified by the Centre for Creative Leadership.
